How does the radi8 forged wheel ordering process work?

Please get in touch with us by phone at 888.418.0743 or by email at info@radi8wheels-na.com if you want to place a direct order for a set of radi8 forged wheels. When placing a direct order, a member of our sales staff will have a thorough conversation with you about your vehicle and the radi8 forged wheel build. We will send you a formal invoice as soon as you've decided on your preferred wheel model, size, finish, and any other choices. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be needed after you have reviewed this invoice and verified that all of the information is accurate.

All popular debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers are accepted. We do demand that the billing and shipping addresses match when paying with a debit or credit card. We do ask that the confirmed address in PayPal match the shipping address when using PayPal. We will now offer you 2D cross-section profile drawings that illustrate the concavity and/or lip size your wheels will have when built to the appropriate specifications with the required brake clearance. The production process will then continue from there.

All radi8 forged wheels are shipped via UPS and all shipments are sent with Signature Required. The standard transit time is approximately 4 to 5 business days. Once your wheels are complete, we will send you a completion photo. Once you confirm this photo, we will charge the remaining 50% balance, proceed with shipping, and provide you with a UPS tracking number the following day.

If you experience any issues during the shipment of your wheels, please contact us via email at info@radi8wheels-na.com or via phone at 888.418.0743.
